Where Do We Start?
Every client is different, with different goals, different skills and different problems. So the Voice Lab Nashville approach is to spend time assessing each unique voice and then create a customized game plan. No generic exercises, no one-size-fits-all mindset. We start with a 60 minute vocal assessment, either in the office at the top of Nashville’s Music Row, or in our virtual Zoom office. We dive into all of the details and begin to set specific goals and the steps to get there.
The cost of the 60 minute initial assessment is $145. The assessment fee can be waived for specific vocal problems, if referred from a medical provider. Contact us for more information.
When Can I Start?
Appontment times are limited and can only be held once payment is received. For best results, give us the days and times you are available. Once we agree on a time, payment will need to be made via PayPal or Venmo by the day’s end to confirm your appointment.
What Else Do I Need?
You will need to fill out an information sheet and acknowledge our studio policies. To save time filling it out at the assessment, you can download it below. The form can be typed in, saved and sent back to us. You can also print it and bring it in or fill it out at the office.
You can prepare as much or as little as you’d like. If you have a specific problem or goal, you can bring a demonstration. The work we do at the assessment is closely tied to what is happening in the moment.

Book More, Save More
Sessions are booked for 30 or 60 minutes. You can book a single session, or receive a discount for booking a block of 4 or setting up a subscription for an ongoing weekly time. Please refer to studio policies for more information.
Vocal Rehabilitation Packages
If you have/had vocal damage and are/were under the care of a medical team, we can offer a special session package to compliment your recovery. Please contact us to discuss your specific case
